Important information: When you insert the batteries all the symbols on the display will briefly light up and you will hear a signal, LCD full display for 2 seconds with beeping.
°C/°F temperature display: The temperature is displayed either in °C or °F. Pressing the “-” button allows you to switch between the individual models.
Automatic Snooze function: Proceed as follows to activate the automatic Snooze function, While the alarm is sounding, touch the “ light/snooze ” button to activate snooze function. Then Snooze function is active or icon twinkle on the display.This operation moves the alarm back by 5 minutes and the alarm will restart at this time. The Snooze function can be interrupted by pressing any button . F.Y.I.: If a snooze alarm in the process, another alarm alarm, automatically stop the first alarm snooze function.

Backlight: At any time, touch the ” light/snooze ” button will light the backlight for 8 seconds. In the case of using the USB cable, the product’s backlight will have 4 brightness mode, light – medium – low – out, each touch one time to switch one mode.

Charging function: In the case of the use of USB cable, through the product on the left side of the USB plug can be charged for mobile phones or PDA.
Projection function: The projection lamp on the right side of the product can project the current time and temperature of the clock on the wall or roof in order to watch the time at night, if the projection direction is not correct, press the “ Behind the middle direction button ” button to switch the display direction. When using the USB cable, you can select the projection lamp to stay lit or not lit by the ON/OFF switch on the back of the product. When the battery is powered, you can also use this switch to select whether or not the projection light is switched on at the same time as the backlight.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
